What to know before you apply:

Eligibility:

• Seniors only (graduating in May 2024)

• Must attend or be affiliated with Nederland High School or Gilpin High School

• Must participate on one or more women's athletic teams

Award Information for 2024 Award:

• 1st place: $1500

• 2nd place: $500

Application Components:

1. Completion of online application form including:

• <500 word essay describing how you live out Shelby's legacy of dedication, enthusiasm, and leading by example both on and off the court

• a copy of your unofficial high school transcript

2. Two letters of recommendation submitted to shelbyallenmemorial@gmail.com

Deadline: Friday March 29th at 5pm MST
